Spacers

Product Components carries Round and Hex Spacers made of Nylon and CPVC. We also stock Round Phenolic Spacers.

Standard Nylon Spacers are available for screw sizes #2 thru ¼", lengths from 1/8" thru 1". Nylon Spacers from #4 thru #10 are also available in lengths up to 1-1/2". We also stock special (non-standard) spacers with ID's from .061 up to 1-1/2".

Many of our Nylon Spacers can be produced in Acetal (Delrin), Polypropylene, Glass-filled Nylon and Polyethylene. These alternate materials may require a minimum buy, but if very small quantities are required, machining them may be the way to go.

Thread sizes from 2-56 thru ¼-20 are available. Stand-Offs ¾" and longer are tapped 3/8" from each end (not continuous throughout).
