PLASTIC SCREWS AND BOLTS

Product Components offers a wide variety of plastic screws. Screws are stocked in sizes from 00-90 to ¾-10 in many materials, head styles and drives. If we don't have what you want in stock, we can often have it ready to ship in as little as a week.

We stock screws in Nylon, Teflon®, PVC, Isoplast, and Polypropylene. We also offer screws in Delrin (Acetal), Polycarbonate, Glass-filled Nylon, G-10, Ultem, PEEK, Kynar, PET (Ertalyte) and others materials.

Head styles include Binder, Fillister, Flat (countersunk), Pan, Hex, Washer-Based, and more. All are available slotted; many with a Phillips drive. We also offer socket cap screws and set screws with both slot and socket drives.  Thumb Screws in four different styles and Carriage Bolts are available as well.

Most of our screws are stocked in Nylon, but can be made in just about any plastic material available.

Product Components also stocks Plastic Posts and Screws (also called Chicago Screws or Binder Posts) in Clear Cellulose Acetate Butyrate in sizes ranging from 1/4" to 7/8". We also offer 2 other styles of posts and screws in black & white: Rapid Assembly Post & Screws in sizes 3/16" to 2" and a sturdier post (lengths up to 4") with different caps depending on your application.
